The Sovereign Village Homeowner's Association is located in Winchester, Virginia, 22602. It is being developed by Manning & Ross Builders. The SV HOA is run by volunteer residents living in Sovereign Village.
All homes within the development are automatically members of the HOA. The HOA and the properties within are governed by the various Deed of Dedications that run with the property; the By-Laws of Sovereign Village HOA, Inc.; the Code of Frederick County; and the Virginia Property Owners Association Act that is part of the Legislative Code of Virginia.

Approved Colors for Door / Shutters and New Fence Materials Added
Fences materials were updated to include vinyl and composite in addition to wood. The fence must still be approved by the Architectural Committee before construction begins.

These changes are allowed for the following sections because they reached at least 90% of signatures required to change covenants onpaint colors and fence materials are as follows:

Section 2C (Canyon Road, Wales Court and Rossmann Boulevard)
Section 3B (Murphy Court)
Section 4 (Canyon Drive and Wales Court)
